Paradigm has been affiliated with NAME since its inception and our Policy staff hold positions on the Governmental Affairs, Education and Research, and Bylaws committees. Members of NAME include national state Medicaid and Education directors and officials, vendors, and other affiliate organizations.
About NAME
The National Alliance for Medicaid in Education, Inc. (NAME) is a non-profit organization that represents the nation's state Medicaid and Education agencies staff who have programmatic responsibility for administering Medicaid's Administrative Claiming and/or Direct Billing of Health Related Service programs in public schools, as well as Local Education Agencies participating in the Medicaid program.
NAME has three main purposes relative to Medicaid reimbursement in educational settings that drive their organization:
- Provide leadership;
- Promote integrity, collaboration and success; and
- Facilitate a network to share information.
